Type of Employment: Full time – Permanent.
Location: British Columbia.
Duration of Contract: 24 months

Job Description:
– Ability to navigate oneself within a commercial kitchen
– Having a great work ethic and showing up on time for every shift
– Able to work with other line cooks effectively and efficiently
– Take direction and work under pressure during peak times from other line-cooks and chef
– Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
– Must be friendly and personable with other co-workers
– Being able to learn on the fly and self motivate
– Prep orders and prepare various dishes simultaneously
– Knowledge of our menu and ingredients to prepare dishes for customers
– Must be able to maintain the cooking standard that is required by our head chef
– Ability to create and maintain a safe working environment around all other co-workers and
– equipment daily
– Cleaning and maintenance of kitchen equipment and appliances (simple fixes)
Requirements:
-Language: Intermediate English (Must be able to understand and Communicate.)
-Education: High school.
-Experience: 2 Years of cooking experience. Previous experience in retail/commercial
Cooking. Knowledge of basic commercial cooking equipment.
-Hours: 40 hours per week, 730am-330pm or 330pm-11pm shifts.
-Salary: $16 per hour.
